How does a teleconsultation with SmartDoctor work?
We connect you by video call via Google Meet or WhatsApp with a certified doctor or professional. You only need an internet connection and a device with a camera; the service is available across all of Chile.
Can I get a prescription through telemedicine?
Yes, if indicated by the professional after the evaluation, you receive your electronic prescription instantly, valid at pharmacies nationwide.
Is the consultation reimbursable with my Isapre?
Yes, you receive a receipt you can submit for reimbursement to your Isapre and/or health insurer.

What hours can I book a teleconsultation?
We attend every day from 8:00 to 24:00, including weekends and holidays. Message us on WhatsApp to coordinate the time that works best for you.
What information should I have ready before a teleconsultation?
Before your video call, have your ID card, the name and dose of any medications you currently take, your main symptoms and how long you've had them, and, if available, recent test results or related medical consultations. Find a quiet place with a good internet connection and make sure your device's camera is charged. This information helps the professional evaluate you better, although it doesn't replace an in-person evaluation when one is needed.
How much does a video consultation cost?
A video consultation costs CLP $35,000 during the day (8:00 to 20:00) and CLP $50,000 at night (20:00 to 24:00). You can pay online with Webpay or arrange it via WhatsApp; a receipt is provided.
