How does the home sample collection work?
A healthcare professional visits your home, within the Santiago Metropolitan Region, with the equipment needed to draw a blood or urine sample depending on the test you requested.
Which lab tests can I request at home?
We offer over 100 tests, far more than just the most requested ones: CBC, blood chemistry panel, liver panel, lipid panel, thyroid function (free T4 and TSH), complete urinalysis, urine culture, insulin, creatinine, glucose, C-reactive protein and COVID-19 PCR/antigen testing, among others. We also offer X-rays and ultrasounds at home. Send us your medical order with the form on this page or on WhatsApp and we'll confirm whether we cover the test you need, along with its quote.
Do I need any special preparation, like fasting?
Some tests, such as glucose or the lipid panel, usually require fasting. This is general information: tell us the exact test you need when you book by WhatsApp and we'll confirm the specific preparation.
Is this service available across all of Chile?
Home lab test collection is available within the Santiago Metropolitan Region. If you're in another region and need to speak with a doctor without traveling, we offer telemedicine across all of Chile.
How long do my test results take?
The turnaround time depends on the type of test and the lab that processes the sample. We'll confirm it when the sample is collected, or you can ask us directly by WhatsApp.
