SmartDoctor® brings doctors and health professionals to your home or hotel. Our professionals are certified by Chile's Superintendencia de Salud and speak English. Below are the districts we cover, our hours and how to book.

Hours and prices for home doctor visits

• Daytime (8:00 to 19:00): CLP $120,000.
• Night (19:00 to 24:00), weekends and public holidays: CLP $150,000.
• Video consultation: CLP $35,000 (8:00 to 20:00) or CLP $50,000 (20:00 to 24:00).

You receive a receipt that you can submit to your Isapre or health insurance for reimbursement. Nursing visits and home lab tests are quoted case by case. See all current prices on our prices page.

How to book

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+56 9 5675 8880) with your district, address and symptoms.
2. We confirm the professional, the time and the fee.
3. The professional visits you at home, or you connect by video call.
