When someone is in an advanced stage of illness, being cared for at home, close to their loved ones, makes a real difference. SmartDoctor® brings doctors, nurses and physiotherapists certified by Chile's Superintendencia de Salud to the home, in 11 districts of Santiago.
What you can request at home
- Doctor visit: assessment at home, prescriptions, medical leave and test orders.
- Nursing: IV fluids, injections, wound care, catheter placement and changes, and vital-sign checks.
- Physiotherapy: motor and respiratory, to maintain mobility and comfort.
- Tests and imaging at home: lab tests, X-rays, ultrasounds and electrocardiograms.
- Death certificate at home: when the time comes, a doctor comes to the home and issues it.
Prices
- Doctor visit: CLP $120,000 from 8:00 to 19:00 and CLP $150,000 from 19:00 to 24:00, weekends and holidays.
- Nursing, physiotherapy, tests and imaging: quoted according to the patient's needs.

Every day from 8:00 to 24:00 in Providencia, Ñuñoa, La Reina, Las Condes, Vitacura, Lo Barnechea, Peñalolén, La Florida, Santiago, Macul and Huechuraba. If your district is not listed, message us and we will confirm whether we can reach you.
How to request it
- Message us on WhatsApp (+56 9 5675 8880) with the district, the address, the patient's diagnosis and what they need. Tell us if you have a discharge summary or medical report.
- We confirm the professionals, the schedule and the price.
- The team visits the patient at home.
