Getting sick while traveling is stressful, and even more so in another language. SmartDoctor® doctors speak English and visit you at your hotel, Airbnb or apartment in Santiago, so you don't have to find a clinic or wait in an emergency room for a non-urgent problem.

What we can help with

• General medical consultations: fever, respiratory infections, stomach problems, minor injuries and other non-urgent symptoms.
• Prescriptions and medical orders for lab tests or X-rays, which we can also take at your hotel.
• Nursing care such as injections or IV fluids ordered by a doctor.
• Video consultations anywhere in Chile if you are traveling outside Santiago.

Prices

• Daytime home or hotel visit (8:00 to 19:00): CLP $120,000.
• Evening (19:00 to 24:00), weekends and holidays: CLP $150,000.
• Video consultation: CLP $35,000 (8:00 to 20:00) or CLP $50,000 (20:00 to 24:00).

How to book

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+56 9 5675 8880) in English with your hotel or address, your symptoms and your preferred time.
2. We confirm the doctor, the arrival time and the price.
3. The doctor visits you, or you connect by video call.

SmartDoctor is not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life, call 131 (SAMU, Chile's ambulance service) immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
